Essential storage

We store your cookie choice itself (accepted / rejected) in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every visit. This isn't a tracking cookie — it holds nothing but your preference, is never sent to a server, and isn't used for analytics.

Analytics cookies (optional)

If you accept, we load Google Analytics to understand overall site usage — which pages are visited, roughly how many people, and which are useful. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visitors. These cookies are not set unless you accept, and Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you do. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

What we don't do

No advertising or retargeting cookies. No cookies from affiliate/outbound links are set by SimIndex itself — those links go straight to the third-party marketplace (e.g. eBay), which has its own cookie policy.

Changing your choice

You can change your decision at any time — this immediately shows the choice again and, if you'd previously accepted, removes analytics on your next page load:
